Grandpa Martin and Grandma Manuela started cooking in California in the 1970’s. They moved to Hatch to work for a good friend and cook for them. They eventually rented the space and ran the restaurant in 1987, buying the building in 1991. They opened a new location in Cedar City in 1991.
