An opportunity to open a restaurant in Kanab came in 1997. At that time Leo and Rosa moved to Kanab to start a new life, and work together at the new restaurant. A few years later Leo’s brother Manuel and his wife Dalia joined them. Manuel and Dalia raised their kids in Kanab, and they now work at the restaurant.
